It remains difficult to understand his motive for the killing, and if he challenges the provenance of the evidence it would be easy to demonstrate how the evidence could be planted in the backpack ( that doesn't match the shooters backpack), anyone could print a similar gun and only the match of the rifling can prove a match. I guess we will see. BTW, the xray of his back can be faked as well, simply glue 4 screws to your back during the x-ray process. Maybe a trip to honolulu is warranted.
