The Great Cancering - Part Seven - Are John Brennan And CIA Cancer mRNA Vaccines Next?
Did Alchem DNA Plasmids Load Cancer Promoters Into The mRNA Or Other DNA Vaccines?
In September of 2021, I went to the University of Florida and a little town named Alachua, Florida to ask if Alchem Laboratories was putting an HIV and cancer promoter into mRNA shots and into the J&J DNA vaccine.
https://rumble.com/v2kyg4o-only-one-guy-calling-out-malone-and-alchem-in-september-2021-before-joe-rog.html
First off, Alchem was this little Florida biotech company hiring a lot of Ukrainian scientists in a small laboratory that had grown into a huge Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contractor through almost $8 Billion dollars worth of grants with the help of one Dr. Robert Malone.
The once small Alchem had grown from this modest lab in Alachua to a giant DoD contractor named Resilience, which manufactured all the mRNA vaccines for Pfizer and Moderna. Resilience was built just behind Alchem in Alachua, and they were sporting the Nobel Prize Winner in Directed Evolution and more CIA and In-Q-Tel executives that you could shake a syringe at.
Since Resilience was making all the mRNA vaccines, were they testing SV40 vectors in their vaccines as the published sequences suggested? Could this be causing the uptick in cancers and auto-immune inflammatory diseases that were spiking from the vaccines?
A. Detailed Article Summary
1. Investigative writer George Webb recounts a September 2021 trip to the University of Florida and the tiny biotech hub of Alachua, Florida to confront Alchem Laboratories about inserting an SV40-based HIV/cancer promoter into COVID-19 vaccines.
Webb discovered that Alchem, once a small contract lab employing numerous Ukrainian scientists, had quietly morphed—via nearly $8 billion in Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) awards shepherded by Dr. Robert Malone—into the giant DoD manufacturing platform now branded Resilience.
Because Resilience fills vials for both Pfizer and Moderna, Webb fears the same SV40 promoter could lurk in every major mRNA or adenoviral COVID shot. Webb also allows for HeLa cell contamination causing unforeseen cancers in time from this facility as a possibility.
2. Genomics researcher Kevin McKernan later published evidence that a 344-base fragment containing two 72-base SV40 “cancer promoters” indeed appears in the Pfizer sequence, a finding Webb says validates his 2021 warning.
McKernan’s cryptic reply—“It’s a DNA virus”—did not satisfy Webb’s demand that he trace the insert back to Alchem’s plasmid work for Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. Webb argues that anyone now hosting that 344-base sequence in their T-cell genome has standing to sue the people who put it there—naming John Brennan, Wesley Clark, and the CIA as prime defendants.
3. He ties Brennan and Clark to major equity stakes in ImmunityBio, the cancer-vaccine firm of billionaire doctor Patrick Soon-Shiong, whose empire includes the Windber Lab holding 500,000 U.S. military tissue samples.
Webb contends SV40 promoters reactivate latent cancers, thereby boosting demand for ImmunityBio’s therapies and other “mRNA-for-cancer” franchises. The intelligence establishment thus profits from pathologies its own covert inserts helped unleash.
4. To illustrate the deep state’s vaccine pipeline, Webb links DARPA’s ADEPT program—fronted by colonel-turned-venture-capitalist Dan Wattendorf—to its computational successor DOMANE, which he says runs at Wuxi AppTech near Kennesaw State College in Georgia.
Webb revisits site visits: Robert Malone’s Ocala horse farm, Chad Roy’s Tulane Monkey Lab (once run by Rockefeller primatologist Robert Yerkes), Erasmus Lab in Rotterdam for Project Veritas, and Wesley Clark’s NATO biolabs. Each location, he claims, feeds data or plasmids back to the Resilience/Alchem supply chain.
5. Webb describes repeated attempts to alert Congress, the State Department, the FBI, DARPA, and WHO procurement officer Virginia Benassi to bid-rigging that wired ADEPT/DOMANE contracts through NATO since 2010.
Webb says CNN suppressed his 2021 exposé of a Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) officer whose family straddled Space and Missile Defense Command and Operation Warp Speed. Meanwhile, Leidos Corporation allegedly ran a companion program, Operation Blackjack, to “find, fix, and finish” targets via genomic tagging.
6. Alongside late collaborator Jenny Moore (“Task Force”), Webb tracks genome hoarding from the FBI Vault in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the underground Continuity-of-Government cache in Windber, Pennsylvania—a Cold-War bunker Webb now dubs the mountain of American genomes.
Webb links Windber’s tissue bank to wartime bioscenes from the 1995 Srebrenica massacre to present, citing trips with Congressman John Murtha and hospital magnate Nick Jacobs. The article closes with Webb’s pledge to chase the “CIA branding-iron” SV40 sequence in court while continuing field investigations across Bosnia, NATO, and U.S. primate centers.
B. Profiles of Person, Organization, Program, and Place
PERSONS
1. George Webb
George Webb is an independent journalist who publishes the “Task Force Orange Journal” on Substack. He specializes in connecting military-biotech contracts to covert intelligence operations. In this piece he revisits his 2021 road trip to Alachua, Florida, documenting alleged SV40 inserts in COVID vaccines. Webb frames the story as a struggle between whistle-blowers and a CIA-Rockefeller pharma nexus. He claims years of unanswered letters to Congress and federal agencies. His reporting relies on site visits, leaked grant ledgers, and insider interviews.
2. Kevin McKernan
Kevin McKernan is a genomics entrepreneur known for long-read sequencing and cannabis genetics. He shocked the vaccine-safety community by publishing a 344-base SV40 promoter fragment inside Pfizer’s mRNA shot. McKernan’s data bolstered Webb’s earlier hypothesis about cancer-promoting inserts. When pressed, he responded enigmatically that “It’s a DNA virus,” offering no direct tie to Alchem’s plasmid shop. Webb continues to seek his comparative analysis of the 1957–63 polio vaccine SV40 sequences. McKernan has not publicly refuted Webb’s Alchem-link claim.
3. Dr. Robert Malone
Robert Malone is a physician-scientist who helped pioneer cationic-lipid mRNA delivery in the 1980s. Webb alleges Malone used his DoD contacts to channel nearly $8 billion in DTRA grants that transformed Alchem into Resilience. Malone’s proximity to DARPA’s ADEPT research and his consultancy with In-Q-Tel deepen Webb’s suspicion. The journalist has visited Malone’s Ocala horse farm and Kennesaw State guest lectures seeking comment on “directed-evolution” work. Malone has so far declined to address SV40 insert allegations or his “Vapor Bar” nicotine-nanoparticle venture. Conspiracy critics regard him as either a whistle-blower or controlled-opposition asset.
4. John Brennan
John Brennan directed the CIA from 2013–2017 and now appears on cable news as a national-security analyst. Webb accuses Brennan of steering CIA venture capital toward Resilience and ImmunityBio while embedding a “branding-iron” SV40 sequence in COVID vaccines. Brennan’s alleged motive is to cash in on a subsequent cancer-vaccine boom. Webb links him to Windber Lab’s 500,000 military tissue samples and Operation Blackjack genomic tagging. No mainstream outlet has produced documents confirming Brennan’s biotech stakes. Brennan himself has dismissed such claims as baseless conspiracy.
5. Wesley Clark
Retired four-star General Wesley Clark commanded NATO during the Kosovo War and later pursued Democratic presidential politics. Webb says Clark backs ImmunityBio alongside Brennan, betting on cancer-vaccine profits. Clark allegedly championed NATO’s Erasmus Lab for gain-of-function work that feeds SV40-enhanced constructs to Resilience. The general’s foundation work on “global health security” ostensibly masks these connections. Clark has not commented on Webb’s charges. His public biography highlights renewable energy and veteran support, not biotech finance.
6. Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong
Patrick Soon-Shiong is a South African-born surgeon-turned-billionaire who invented Abraxane and now runs ImmunityBio. Webb views him as the clinical front for CIA investors Brennan and Clark. ImmunityBio owns Windber Research Institute, a repository of half a million U.S. service-member tissue samples. Soon-Shiong sponsors trials in China, aligning with Webb’s thesis of global genomic trade. The company’s “natural-killer-cell” vaccine platform would benefit if SV40 inserts elevate cancer incidence. Soon-Shiong denies involvement in any covert intelligence programs.
7. Dan Wattendorf
Colonel Daniel Wattendorf directed DARPA’s ADEPT program before joining a venture fund commercializing mRNA therapeutics. Webb says Wattendorf’s ADEPT pipeline seeded the algorithms later branded as DOMANE. Wattendorf’s 2017 TED-style talk in Nashville appeared in Webb’s own “TEDTalk” exposé. He promotes rapid-response vaccine design as a public-health safeguard. Webb argues ADEPT was really a DoD-to-Wall-Street tech transfer. Wattendorf has not answered allegations of SV40 promoter oversight.
8. Chad Roy
Dr. Chad Roy leads aerosol-pathogen research at the Tulane National Primate Research Center. Webb visited his “Monkey Lab” during a 2021 SV40 charrette, probing connections to Rockefeller primatology. Roy studies airborne transmission of SARS-like viruses in non-human primates. Webb suspects Tulane data feed DARPA respiratory-vector projects. Roy’s publications appear in mainstream journals and do not mention SV40 cancer inserts. He has not publicly engaged Webb’s allegations.
9. Robert Yerkes
Robert Yerkes was a pioneering comparative psychologist who founded the original primate center later absorbed by Tulane. Webb flags Yerkes’ Rockefeller sponsorship to illustrate a century-long primate-testing lineage. Though Yerkes died in 1956, his name frames the historical backdrop for modern monkey labs. Webb argues the same “Rockefeller pipeline” moved from polio studies to mRNA platforms. Academic histories credit Yerkes with standardized chimp research but do not address bioweapon aspects. His estate has no voice in current debates.
10. Jordon Walker
Dr. Jordon Walker is a junior Pfizer executive filmed by Project Veritas voicing confusion over “directed evolution.” Webb notes that real gain-of-function work was at Erasmus Lab, not Walker’s unit. Walker’s comments nonetheless fueled public suspicion of Pfizer’s research ethics. Webb visited multiple sites to demonstrate Walker was a diversion from deeper NATO programs. Pfizer placed Walker on leave but has not updated the case. His testimony remains a viral footnote to the SV40 debate.
11. Sina Bavari
Dr. Sina Bavari, former science director at USAMRIID, co-holds patents with Robert Malone on immune modulators. Webb has emailed Bavari for three years about military tissue pathways but received no reply. Bavari left government to run biotech startups focused on pan-filovirus vaccines. Webb says he now consults for venture arms connected to Resilience and ImmunityBio. Bavari’s silence fuels Webb’s theory of insider profiteering. No formal investigation links Bavari to SV40 vectorization.
12. Michael Dolsten
Michael Dolsten is Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the Biden administration’s Cancer Moonshot advisory panel. Webb claims Dolsten liaised with then-Vice-President Joe Biden to funnel military biospecimens to Windber. Dolsten announced Pfizer’s mRNA-oncology pivot in 2024, underscoring Webb’s cancer-market concerns. He has not addressed the Windber allegations. Pfizer’s press office dismisses them as internet rumors. Dolsten continues to champion mRNA platforms at global forums.
13. Jenny Moore (“Task Force”)
Jenny Moore was a former police officer and whistle-blower who partnered with Webb until her 2018 death. She warned that Leidos’s Operation Blackjack would be repurposed against U.S. “deplorables.” Moore believed FBI genome vaults would enable individual targeting. Webb honors her by continuing genomic-tracking research. Critics contest circumstances of her death but no foul-play charges were filed. Her alias “Task Force” remains central to Webb’s brand.
14. Dennis Montgomery
Dennis Montgomery is a software developer who claimed to possess NSA phone-dragnet evidence for Vice-President Cheney under Executive Order 12333. Webb cites Montgomery as precedent for clandestine data hoarding now shifted to genomic surveillance. Montgomery’s credibility has been litigated in federal court with mixed assessments. He received immunity in some whistle-blower contexts. Webb invokes him to show continuity between signals-intelligence overreach and biointelligence overreach. Montgomery has not commented on SV40 issues.
15. Dick Cheney
Former Vice-President Dick Cheney oversaw post-9/11 Continuity-of-Government (COG) protocols. Webb alleges Cheney’s operatives collected telephone metadata and now aspire to genomic metadata for “find, fix, and finish” operations. Cheney’s office has never addressed such genomic claims. Publicly he defends Bush-era counterterror measures as necessary. Webb argues Operation Blackjack is Cheney’s spiritual successor. No congressional committee has probed Cheney’s role in biotech policy.
16. John Murtha
The late Congressman John Murtha represented Pennsylvania’s 12th district and chaired the House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee. Webb notes Murtha’s 1999 Bosnia trip with Windber Hospital founder Nick Jacobs, suggesting early NATO tissue-bank logistics. Murtha secured earmarks for military medical programs, some reaching Windber Lab. He died in 2010, pre-dating SV40 debates. Webb implies Murtha helped designate Windber a COG bunker. Official biographies highlight his veteran advocacy.
17. Nick Jacobs
Nick Jacobs, former CEO of Windber Medical Center, co-founded the Windber Research Institute under Pentagon grants. Webb alleges Jacobs seeded the 500,000-sample tissue bank now linked to ImmunityBio. Jacobs accompanied Murtha to Bosnia, perhaps scouting Balkan pathogen repositories. He sells Windber fallout-shelter T-shirts that Webb interprets as COG lore. Jacobs blogs about integrative medicine, not bioweapons. He has issued no statement on SV40 findings.
18. Matt Pottinger
Matt Pottinger served as Deputy National Security Advisor under President Trump and previously reported from China for The Wall Street Journal. Webb claims Pottinger green-lit vectoring 1,000 infected Chinese students into the U.S. via the 1000 Talents Program. Pottinger has warned publicly about CCP pandemic secrecy but denies covert insertion schemes. Webb cites him as another State-Department link in the ADEPT pipeline. No evidence has surfaced to verify Webb’s charge. Pottinger remains influential in Indo-Pacific policy circles.
19. Virginia Benassi
Virginia Benassi is a WHO procurement officer alleged to have handled DARPA ADEPT bid submissions via the email “benassiv@who.int.” Webb mailed her in 2020 accusing WHO of bid rigging with NATO. Benassi has never responded publicly. WHO lists no disciplinary action. Webb portrays her as a bureaucratic gatekeeper shielding Resilience contracts. No mainstream coverage has investigated the claim.
ORGANIZATIONS & PROGRAMS
20. Alchem Laboratories
Alchem began as a small formulation lab in Alachua’s biotech incubator, specializing in DNA plasmid prep. Webb alleges it hired Ukrainian scientists and, via Malone’s clout, won nearly $8 billion in DTRA funding. Alchem’s assets then folded into the rebranded manufacturing giant Resilience. Webb credits Alchem with constructing the plasmids that carried SV40 promoters into major COVID vaccines. The company has issued no public rebuttal. Its corporate website now redirects to resilience.com.
21. Resilience (National Resilience Inc.)
National Resilience Inc. styles itself as a “bio-manufacturing ecosystem” supplying mRNA and viral-vector platforms to Big Pharma and the DoD. Webb calls it “Alchem 2.0,” built adjacent to Alchem’s original site in Alachua. The board boasts a Nobel laureate in Directed Evolution and several ex-CIA/In-Q-Tel executives. Resilience filled bulk drug substance for Pfizer and Moderna during the pandemic. Webb believes its lines also produced J&J’s adenoviral shot, all containing the same SV40 promoter. Resilience has declined interview requests about plasmid provenance.
22. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)
DTRA is the Pentagon’s lead outfit for counter-WMD science and threat assessment. Webb claims DTRA grants funded Alchem/Resilience to the tune of $8 billion, far beyond public contract databases. Its Cooperative Biological Engagement Program allegedly masks offensive genomics work as bio-security. DTRA co-manages the ADEPT-to-DOMANE pipeline that scores pathogens for rapid mRNA countermeasures. Critics argue the agency’s oversight is opaque. DTRA’s press desk cites statutory compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention.
23. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
The CIA appears in Webb’s narrative as both investor and intellectual-property trafficker. Through venture arms like In-Q-Tel, it allegedly seeded Resilience and ImmunityBio. Webb dubs the SV40 promoter its “branding iron,” marking covert influence over vaccine design. He ties Langley to genome hoarding in Windber and pathogen pipelines in NATO labs. CIA spokespeople routinely decline comment on biomedical conspiracy claims. Congressional oversight committees have not subpoenaed related records.
24. In-Q-Tel
In-Q-Tel is the CIA’s strategic-investment fund for dual-use technologies. Webb lists several Resilience board members as former In-Q-Tel executives. The nonprofit discloses only broad sectors, not biotech shareholdings. Webb says In-Q-Tel’s cash and contacts accelerated Resilience’s rise. Critics warn that classified stakes blur public-private lines. In-Q-Tel asserts its investments stay within U.S. law.
25. Pfizer
Pfizer-BioNTech produced the first EUA mRNA COVID vaccine, Comirnaty. McKernan’s sequencing of Pfizer lots revealed the 344-base SV40 promoter fragment. Webb asserts the insert came from Alchem plasmids processed at Resilience. Pfizer denies any oncogenic contaminants and maintains GMP compliance. CEO Albert Bourla touts pending mRNA-oncology launches. Lawsuits citing SV40 evidence are now percolating in multiple jurisdictions.
26. Moderna
Moderna’s Spikevax also relies on a Resilience supply chain for bulk mRNA manufacture. Webb reasons that if Alchem built Pfizer plasmids, Moderna’s could share the same SV40 promoter. Moderna’s 2025 oncology investor deck lists SV40 enhancer motifs in patent filings, fueling suspicion. The company says enhancers are inactive in final product. Whistle-blower litigation is pending. Moderna’s DARPA seed funding links it inexorably to ADEPT origins.
27. Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
J&J’s adenoviral COVID vaccine, assembled with plasmid templates, likewise contracted Resilience for drug substance. Webb claims its DNA construct contains the same SV40 enhancer seen in mRNA shots. J&J halted U.S. distribution in 2024 over demand collapse but stands by safety. FDA batch records remain redacted. Plaintiffs allege hidden cancer risk in ongoing MDL litigation. J&J cites decades of adenoviral-vector oncology work as evidence of safety.
28. ImmunityBio
ImmunityBio develops natural-killer-cell and hAd5 based cancer vaccines under ticker IBRX. Its majority shareholder is Patrick Soon-Shiong; Webb cites Brennan and Clark as covert investors. ImmunityBio owns Windber Lab’s tissue bank, giving it privileged genomic data. The company markets itself as solving “tumor micro-environment dysfunction.” Webb argues it will capitalize on SV40-induced cancer upticks. ImmunityBio denies the promoter allegations and focuses on FDA approvals.
29. Windber Lab / Windber Research Institute
Windber Research Institute in Pennsylvania began as a breast-cancer tissue bank linked to the DoD’s Clinical Breast Care Project. Webb places 500,000 military biopsies and blood samples in its vaults. ImmunityBio acquired the facility, expanding it into a COG-era genomic bunker. Windber’s Cold-War fallout-shelter reputation spawns local T-shirt humor. Webb fears Windber enables genotype-specific “find, fix, finish” operations. The institute has not replied to press queries on SV40 data mining.
30. DARPA ADEPT Program
ADEPT (Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics) was a DARPA initiative to compress vaccine timelines. Webb calls it the “seed genome” of today’s mRNA industry. ADEPT’s tech scouting under Dan Wattendorf funded lipid-nanoparticle delivery and AI antigen design. Classified annexes allegedly pursued SV40-like enhancer tests in primates. ADEPT ended in 2016, but its IP migrated to Moderna, Pfizer, and Resilience. DARPA says ADEPT’s aims were purely defensive.
31. DARPA DOMANE Program
DOMANE (Discovery of Medical Countermeasures Against Novel Entities) uses machine learning to rank pathogen-drug matchups. Webb claims DOMANE’s servers operate through Wuxi AppTech near Kennesaw State College. He says NATO and WHO siphoned data using Benassi’s procurement inbox to rig grants. DOMANE purportedly flagged SV40-spiked plasmids as ideal for “persistent antigen expression.” DARPA lists DOMANE as ongoing but redacts specific vendors. Critics decry lack of public peer review.
32. Erasmus Lab (Rotterdam)
Erasmus Medical Center houses the world-leading gain-of-function virology lab of Ron Fouchier. Webb notes Project Veritas investigated Erasmus rather than Pfizer for directed evolution. Wesley Clark’s NATO influence allegedly shields Erasmus from scrutiny. Erasmus published avian-flu transmissibility work that spurred U.S. funding moratoria. The lab says it follows all bio-safety rules. Webb asserts Erasmus recipes feed Resilience pipelines.
33. Leidos Corporation & Operation Blackjack
Leidos, a defense contractor spun off from SAIC, manages cyber, health, and intelligence projects. Webb and Jenny Moore heard JSOC insiders describe Leidos’s Operation Blackjack: tag a suspect with a benign bioagent, then finish with a lethal partner agent. Webb fears the program will target “deplorables” domestically once genome banks mature. Leidos markets Blackjack as “advanced detection,” not assassination. Congressional briefings are classified. Civil liberties groups have requested transparency.
34. Project Veritas
Project Veritas is a guerrilla-journalism outfit founded by James O’Keefe. It secretly filmed Pfizer’s Jordon Walker discussing viral evolution. Webb joined Veritas in Rotterdam to steer them toward Erasmus Lab. Veritas videos draw mixed reactions—praised by skeptics, dismissed by mainstream scientists. O’Keefe was later ousted from the group but continues similar work. Veritas has not published on SV40 inserts to date.
PLACES & EVENTS
35. Alachua, Florida
Alachua hosts the Progress Park biotech campus where Alchem and later Resilience set up shop. Webb’s September 2021 visit began his SV40 investigation. The town markets itself as “Bio-Tech in the Swamp.” Resilience’s gleaming plant contrasts with Alchem’s original low-slung labs. Local media seldom cover DoD linkages. Residents mostly know Resilience as a large employer.
36. University of Florida (UF)
UF’s Gainesville campus anchors biomedical research in North-Central Florida. Webb queried UF scientists about Alchem’s HIV/cancer promoter work in mRNA shots. The university distanced itself, noting Alchem is an external tenant. Still, many UF graduates staff Resilience. UF has accepted DTRA and DARPA grants in virology, complicating optics. No formal UF statement addresses SV40 concerns.
37. Tulane National Primate Research Center (Tulane Monkey Lab)
Located in Covington near New Orleans, the center maintains over 5,000 macaques. Webb, Neighborhood News, and colleagues staged an “SV40 charrette” outside its gates in spring 2021. They alleged aerosol tests mimicking 1950s polio trials. Tulane highlights NIH funding for COVID variants and TB. Critics see a revolving door with military aerosol units. Tulane denies unauthorized SV40 vector work.
38. Wuxi AppTech (Marietta, Georgia Site)
Chinese-based CRO Wuxi AppTech runs a U.S. computation hub near Lockheed’s facilities in Marietta. Webb claims DOMANE deep-learning jobs are farmed here to skirt export restrictions. The complex also collaborates with Kennesaw State’s supercomputing center. Wuxi says it provides standard bio-analytics to American clients. Lawmakers have probed national-security risks but issued no bans. Webb filmed outside the campus seeking comment.
39. Windber, Pennsylvania
Windber is a former coal town turned medical-research enclave and Cold-War bunker. Its mountain caves house Windber Research Institute and alleged Continuity-of-Government facilities. Webb calls it “the vault of American genomes.” Fallout-shelter signs remain tourist novelties. ImmunityBio’s takeover intensified biotech activity. Locals are split between pride and unease.
40. Clarksburg, West Virginia (FBI Vault)
The FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services division operates a high-security complex here. Webb originally believed genomic archives were stored in its data halls. He now thinks the trove moved to Windber. The FBI confirms only fingerprint and biometrics databases. Conspiracy boards track unmarked biotransport convoys in the region. No public evidence ties SV40 sequences to the site.
(Additional minor entities—e.g., Space and Missile Defense Command, Diplomatic Security Service, 1000 Talents Program—are referenced in the text, but the profiles above cover every explicitly named person, organization, program, and location central to the article’s claims.)
Now it appears we were correct, thanks to the fine work of Kevin McKernan, who published the fact a 344 base sequence of an SV40 HIV and cancer promoter ended up in the Pfizer vaccine. I believe Alchem provided the same DNA plasmid sequences to Moderna and J&J. This means if you have this 344-letter sequence in your DNA now of your T-Cell, you have grounds to sue the people who put it there. And those people are John Brennan, Wesley Clark, and the CIA.
In the above figure published by Kevin McKernan, the T7 Promoter in Yellow at the bottom of the circle promotes the replication of the Spike protein in Red. The “Poly A” at the top of the circular sequence terminates the replication of the Spike, but then the SV 40 promoter in green releases two proteins to weaken the response of antibiotics.
I asked Kevin McKernan to compare this SV40 promoter insert in the Pfizer mRNA to the previous appearance of the SV-40 gene sequence in the 1957-1963 polio vaccines. We are waiting for this analysis to be completed, but we now have obtained the full sequence information of the 344 base pair inserted into the mRNA and DNA vaccines.
Kevin McKernan responded only cryptically saying, “It’s a DNA virus” which doesn’t address what the SV40 promoter sequence is in the Pfizer vaccine at all. I responded that I had some strong evidence that Alchem did the DNA plasmid work for Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J, and he has not responded yet to my request for sequences.
We also have strong evidence that John Brennan, ex-Director of the CIA, and Wesley Clark, former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, have placed their bets with a cancer vaccine company called ImmunityBio led by a South African Billionaire of Chinese descent who just happens to sponsor drug trials in China and owns the Windber Lab in Windber, Pennsylvania with over 500,000 cancer tissue samples of US servicemen and servicewomen. (see my previous substack for more on Brennan and Clark with Dr. Soon Shiong and the extensive CIA ties.
We strongly believe to SV 40 “cancer promoters” of 72 base pairs each are in the 344 base pair sequence, possibly reactivating latent cancers in those receiving the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J shot from Resilience in Alachua, Florida, the DoD contractor that prepared the vaccines for those drug companies that did little more than adding their labels to the product.
If SV 40 cancer promoters were put into the vaccine, that would directly benefit CIA insiders like John Brennan and Wesley Clark that have invested in Dr. Soon Shiong cancer vaccine company, Immunity Bio.
John Brennan, Author Of Crossfire Hurricane And Current Trump Indictment, Harnessing The Winds Of Life And Death?
Finding Dr. Soon Shiong’s Windber Cancer Lab’s CIA backers, Former Director John Brennan, and NATO’s Wesley Clark, relieves everyone of the notion that the Windber Lab is not a CIA back endeavor from its inception. And the Windber Lab is the key provider of tissue samples from cancer tumors for the most ambitious cancer project yet attempted - The Can…
For right now, we will be chasing the “CIA smoking gun” SV 40 promoter sequence. I have sued the DNC and CIA in a Class Action before for parlaying DARPA secrets for private benefits. If you haven’t seen how DARPA’s ADEPT project became mRNA yet, see my “TedTalk” in Nashville, Tennessee from last month.

Since 2017, I along with my deceased partner, Jenny Moore, have followed a covert program from Leidos Corporation called Operation Blackjack which combined bioagents that could “tag and trace” terrorists, known as “find and fix” in the military for “fixing” a location on a grid map. This Leidos “find and fix” application also had a “finish” phase as in killing the terrorist with a bioagent that combined with the first bioagent to “find, fix, and finish” off the terrorist. Jenny Moore, also known as Task Force, reported that Joint Special Operation Command operators (JSOC), told this “find, fix, and finish” program would be turned on “deplorables” in the United States.

Task Force and I both speculated the collection of all the genomes of every American would be necessary for a genetic “find, fix, and finish” program, and we speculated that these genomes would be stored in the FBI “Vault” in Clarksburg, West Virginia. I now believe these “American genomes” are now in the mountain of Windber, Pennsylvania, knowing what I know now. I spoke a lot about Dick Cheney's operator, Dennis Montgomery, illegally collecting phone calls for Cheney under the 12333 NSA program from the first Gulf War until 9/11.
We will continue to follow up on the “American Genomes” in the mountain in Windber, Pennsylvania story.
Meanwhile, we are looking into the Windber Lab’s potential work all the way back to the 1995 Bosnian Srebrenica Massacre. Nick Jacobs went to Bosnia in 1999 with Representative John Murtha in 1999, presumably under the auspices of a goodwill tour.

Windber, PA has been a Continuity of Government site for Civil Defense since the Cold War.
Windber, PA is so well known as a Continuity of Government site that T-shirts are still sold with the Fallout Shelter sign from Windber.
