NATO, DARPA, WHO - Part Eleven - Task Force Orange And Strzoks in Africa

Ft Detrick, Ft Belvoir, and NATO

Hello everyone, I'm starting a new blog called a SubStack that is popular with a lot of folks who are getting continually banned for exposing corruption.

I'm going to be diving into a very small group inside Ft. Belvoir, Virginia called INSCOM (Intelligence Command) that deploys dark weapons, usually through proxies.

Ft. Belvoir countermeasure vaccines roll out to NATO and WHO when INSCOM decides to create a “Mass Formation Psychosis”.

Here’s a summary of the big idea.

Webb’s fundamental thesis is that DARPA develops key vaccine countermeasure technology, like DARPA ADEPT. Webb’s Potomac Group discovered big rigging for DARPA ADEPT that occurred during the Summer of 2019 in the run-up to the 2019 Wuhan Military Games.

Webb then contends that the DARPA technology is then given as a vaccine to NATO soldiers for mass testing. Webb developed whistleblowers at Ft. Belvoir who informed him that the VIP contingent to the 2019 Wuhan Military Games were vaccinated with an experimental nanoferritin vaccine in preparation for the Games.

Webb’s final contention is that Atlantic Council members then commercialize the DARPA-NATO technology for rollout as a commercial vaccine to the World Health Organization.

Webb also keys in on Heinz Feldmann as the key NATO bioagent operative, and another German NATO General by the same name (relationship unknown). Webb contends that Jeremey Farrar of WHO, Heinz Feldmann of NATO, and Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina all conspired in Hong Kong in 2018 for a dress rehearsal of the CoronaVirus rollout in 2019 at the Wuhan Military Games.

The group is called Task Force Orange (my ex-partner's Task Force was nicknamed after this unit, as she was exposing them). 

Task Force Orange has also been called "The Army of Northern Virginia", "Optimize Talent", and "The Intelligence Support Activity".

I believe this unit was installed in the early 1950s in its previous incarnations, most notably the "Ritchie Boys" who worked with the Paperclip scientists after WWII.

Ask you can see from the chart INSCOM - USSTRATOM below, INSCOM reports directly to the USSTRATCOM for the most secret operations carried out by Special Forces.

If the US Military had a dark hand in the current lockdown with overseas partners, that partnership would originate at Ft. Belvoir's INSCOM.

"Deployment" decisions would be executed by Task Force Orange at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.  

Many claim that Task Force Orange is a homage to Agent Orange from the Vietnam War.

Others say the Orange refers to the unholy alliance between the US State Department and the Dutch Military Special Forces in the NATO Command Structure.
