By March 2020, I had been writing about DARPA’s Virus Vaccine game for four years. The idea was simple. DARPA was given the job of taking all the old bioagents of the old Soviet Union, and in a series of controlled releases around the world, creating the “emergency” Manhattan Projects to create vaccines for those bioagents. Michael Callahan was inserted into the military drug development milieu by the Anthrax attacks of 9/11. He was inserted into the six former bioweapons plants of the old Soviet Union with the Nunn-Lugar Act in the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program.

He soon moved the intellectual property of the old Soviet Union into the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in 2006 through a program called the Transitional Medical Technologies Initiative (TMTI).

I knew the agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), thanks to my ex-cop research partner I nicknamed Task Force taking me to the DTRA headquarters numerous times in 2017 and 2018 for an expected influenza pandemic she anticipated. “Task Force” had numerous Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operators telling her that the old Soviet Union bioweapons and vaccines were going to be commercialized by a company I was already familiar with - Leidos, formerly SAIC.

DARPA’s Michael Callahan was tasked with turning old Soviet bioagents into profitable vaccines CIA insiders. mRNA vaccines were the result.

Yes, Michael Callahan always seems to be in the heart of disasters, much like arsonists always seem to be able to predict fires. He was put in charge of no less than six old Soviet Union weapons sites in 2002 with his DARPA bioagents to vaccine projects including the massive VECTOR center which was the nexus for the Soviet Biopreparat bioweapons program.
