A metadata picture is emerging of Luigi Mangione as an “inside man” to several “Black Cat” hacks extorting ransoms, fines, and lawsuits from large healthcare claims processors like United Health Group.

The reward for tracing Luigi Magione’s Black Cat personas, like Mark Rosario, is much better than the meager $50K that the FBI has already offered for the promise to turn in the United Healthcare killer in New York City, Altoona, Pennsylvania. The Black Cat reward is ten million dollars, and the terms for collecting it are much more lenient.

The Change Healthcare hack in February 2024 occurred after the FBI supposedly caught the group in December 2023, and the FBI offered the decryption tool to all the 500 victims of the Black Cat attacks.

The FBI held a large press conference touting their victory in defeating Black Cat, only to have the most prominent US healthcare attack occur two months later with Change Healthcare.

This supposed FBI takedown of Black Cat occurred after two ransomware hacks of healthcare giant Henry Schein.

Followers of this channel know we have been pinpointing the source of these encryption attacks to Dmitri Alperovich of the DNC and his close association with Nancy Pelosi for the last eight years.

Black Cat encryption hacks are just more sophisticated versions of Wanna Cry encryption hacks emanating from Dmitri Alpervich’s library of hacking tools. The Wanna Cry ransomware attacks occurred in Baltimore in 2019, and I spoke to whistleblowers in that group who said the attack was used to hide the illegal activities of the Gun Trace Task Force.

Our research suggested that the Wanna Cry hack actually was wiping out over at least a decade of illegal drug activity in the Port of Baltimore with the Awan Spy Ring on Capitol Hill.

Our identification of the source of these cyberweapons as Dmitri Alperovich’s father, who was in charge of cyberweapons for the former Soviet Union, was validated later by experts, but not initially.

So, we have the repeating pattern of Nancy Pelosi and the Mangione Family trying to cover their illegal machinations in the Port of Baltimore with encryption hacks. What other types of Medicare frauds needed to be wiped away with encryption hacks? We identified Al-Atar as a key person close to Nancy Pelosi who defrauded Medicare out of millions of dollars in 2017 to pay for Hezbollah weapons. Al-Attar was the Minister of Health for Iraq after Saddam Hussein was deposed.

So, predicting where Nancy Pelosi and the Mangione family would do Black Cat encryption hacking became easy. Just look where Al-Attar and others did Medicaid fraud for the DNC.

Right now, we are following up on an early lead that Luigi Mangione used the false name Mark Rosario to obtain a trusted position with Change Healthcare/McKesson, located on Montgomery and Post in downtown San Francisco, in the heart of Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s congressional district.

Because of the way Black Cat ransomware works, it is very difficult to seize the network without administrative passwords and a knowledge of the Microsoft Active Directory structure. That metadata almost mandates an “Inside Cat” for every “Black Cat” attack. United Health Group’s Change Health was attacked in February of this year when Luigi Mangione was at Change Health/McKesson in San Francison.

Here in Los Angeles, we are hot on the heels of Mr. Mangione and his time at TrueCar in Santa Monica, and we are following the breadcrumbs to Montgomery Street and Post to follow up on the hack. We also covered the Presbyterian Intercommunity Health (PIH Health) hack here in Los Angeles on December 4th, 2024, the same day the United Healthcare CEO was shot.

We have strong reason to believe that Mr. Mangione also worked for PIH here in Los Angles for the Black Cat hack here, and he obtained credentials through a McKesson server. We will keep you up to date on this investigation, but our old friend Dr Soon Shiong of CIA John Brennan connection fame has already offered to buy the devalued PIH Health Group through an investment consortium called Blue Mountain Group from New York City.

The hard part about cyber hacks is figuring out who is attacking you. After you figure out the attacker, cyber hacking cases are extremely easy to prosecute because of the wealth of the metadata evidence. We believe Luigi Mangione’s fingerprints from the inside will be everywhere Black Cat has been. And Luigi Mangione shot the one man smart enough to determine where the hacks were coming from.

Both MGM and Caesar suffered Black Cat attacks, but given the lubardly way both hacks were investigated, we believe these were sponsored attacks to develop attack acumen. I could be wrong in this assessment, but I think key defenseware was removed and disabled to allow both attacks.

One thing is for sure. The Pelosi Mangione Mob is running roughshod over the healthcare claims processors like United Healthcare, and the only CEO who figured out the game died in a pool of blood on the streets of New York.

I personally still do not believe Luigi Magione pulled the trigger on the UHC CEO but instead performed the role of the “rabbit” deliberately designed to allow for the escape of the actual killer, the “fox” in the attack. We shall see how the evidence unfolds in the case.
