CIA's Deepest Secrets - Part Two - 99 Secret Cancer Genes
Finally, after twenty two years, CIA releases the cancer genes they have been playing with, and you have to be a geneticist still to find them.
After 22 years, the Human Genome Project released 99 genes before the Fourth of July holiday in America, saying there were errors in leaving out key genes called Telomeres, an important set of genes that cause 85-90% of all solid tumor cancers.
George Webb at Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong private Cancer Moonshot in Windber, PA.
🧠 DETAILED SUMMARY
George Webb explores a covert nexus of intelligence, biotech, and cancer research centered around telomeres, cancer vaccines, and a mysterious breast cancer lab in Windber, Pennsylvania.
The article connects CIA figures, Mossad-linked billionaires, and controversial scientists like Robert Malone to a network of cancer experimentation with implications for COVID-19, vaccination programs, and longevity research.
The discovery that shortened telomeres were common among COVID-19 fatalities raises suspicions about decades-long experimentation on telomerase and low-intensity biological warfare.
Webb alleges that the CIA, through proxies like In-Q-Tel, DARPA, and private labs, has invested in biotech tools that may be dual-use, serving both medicine and population-level control.
The Windber Research Institute, allegedly founded by intelligence-linked billionaires, plays a central role in storing tissue samples from veterans and is deeply connected to the Cancer Moonshot initiative.
Figures like John Brennan, Wesley Clark, and Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong are positioned as steering a biotech industry riddled with moral hazard and historical precedent in covert biological testing. Webb draws on past claims about SV40 contamination in polio vaccines to raise new concerns about COVID-era vaccines and the potential link between telomere manipulation, cancer, and biowarfare.
👤 PEOPLE –
Richard Bissell
A CIA operations architect, Bissell helped create programs such as the U-2 and Keyhole satellites, and had a covert role in Cold War bio-agent research.
He is cited in related investigations for supporting CIA-linked biomedical activities that blurred lines between espionage and medicine.
Bissell is often referenced in connection with early intelligence community interest in population control and psychological operations.
Webb implies that Bissell’s legacy lives on through modern bio-surveillance and experimental health programs.
Sidney Gottlieb
Head of the CIA’s MKULTRA mind control program, Gottlieb was infamous for running unethical experiments involving drugs and pathogens.
He worked under Bissell and was involved in covert biochemical research under euphemistic programs like the “Health Alteration Committee.”
Gottlieb’s name is synonymous with weaponized medicine and clandestine human experimentation.
Webb invokes his legacy as a precursor to modern biotech-linked intelligence programs.
John Brennan
Former CIA Director and, per Webb, currently tied to the board of biotech firms involved in cancer vaccine development such as ImmunityBio.
Brennan is depicted as a central actor in transforming Cold War intelligence models into modern biomedical enterprises.
His presence in the cancer-vaccine space raises questions about intelligence involvement in private healthcare.
Webb suggests Brennan’s continued influence signals a fusion of espionage and public health agendas.
Wesley Clark
Retired U.S. General and former NATO commander, Clark is associated with the Atlantic Council and now sits on the board of ImmunityBio.
Clark’s involvement in biotech ventures reflects a military-to-healthcare pipeline that Webb finds suspicious.
He is tied to strategic, low-intensity warfare theories that may include telomere shortening as a means of subtle population control.
His connection to the Windber lab raises ethical questions about defense-sector overlap with cancer research.
Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong
Billionaire biotech entrepreneur and owner of the Los Angeles Times and the LA Lakers, Soon-Shiong purchased the Windber Research Institute.
He runs ImmunityBio, a cancer vaccine company involving key intelligence-linked board members like Brennan and Clark.
Webb portrays him as the public-facing entrepreneur whose enterprises are interlaced with deeper intelligence agendas.
Soon-Shiong’s acquisition of Windber raised red flags due to the lab’s access to veterans’ tissues and government data.
Robert Malone
mRNA scientist often credited as a pioneer of the technology and now a controversial figure in anti-vaccine circles.
Webb alleges that Malone personally submitted the proposals that established the Windber Cancer Lab in 2000–2001.
He is being sued by Webb for alleged misrepresentations to soldiers regarding anthrax vaccine programs.
His role in the early infrastructure of Windber connects him to today’s vaccine controversies and military experimentation history.
Kevin McKernan
Geneticist who recently reported finding SV40 promoters in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine formulation.
His findings reignited public concern about the potential cancer risks of vaccines and historic links to SV40 in the polio vaccine.
Webb connects McKernan’s discovery to previous claims by Ed Haslam and others on cancer-vaccine experimentation.
He plays a central role in revealing overlooked genetic inserts that may carry oncogenic potential.
Ed Haslam
Author of Dr. Mary’s Monkey, a book alleging CIA involvement in cancer virus research through contaminated polio vaccines.
In 2019, he discussed SV40 and pandemic scenarios with Webb, foreshadowing connections between viruses, vaccines, and cancer.
His work is used to support claims that biowarfare research has long involved covert viral experimentation.
Haslam’s narrative forms part of the foundation for Webb’s concerns about cancer-vaccine surveillance infrastructure.
Peter Duke
Filmmaker and podcaster who co-hosts segments with George Webb on CIA involvement in biotech and cancer research.
He contributes media support and documentation for ongoing investigations into the Windber Cancer Lab.
Duke often helps amplify the “bio-surveillance” narratives presented in Webb’s journal.
His collaboration helps link visual evidence and interviews to Webb’s broader research claims.
Stephen Kaufman
A specialist in defensins, small antimicrobial peptides involved in innate immune defense.
Cited as an expert by Webb’s telomere and cancer research team analyzing newly released gene data.
His focus on defensins intersects with theories on cancer vulnerability and Anthrax susceptibility.
Kaufman’s expertise is used to contextualize potential links between shortened telomeres and bio-agent lethality.
🏢 ORGANIZATIONS – Descriptions
CIA (Central Intelligence Agency)
Accused of transitioning Cold War programs into modern biotech ventures involving telomere shortening and cancer manipulation.
Historically involved in population control experiments and cancer-linked virus research, including through figures like Bissell and Gottlieb.
Webb argues the CIA has co-invested in cancer vaccine programs under the guise of national security or innovation.
Its venture arms, such as In-Q-Tel, are active in biomedical funding and surveillance-oriented genomics.
Windber Research Institute (Windber Cancer Lab)
A cancer research facility located in Windber, PA, which allegedly stores tissue samples from veterans and receives government data streams.
Webb links it to Mossad-connected billionaires, CIA insiders, and biotech giants like Pfizer and ImmunityBio.
Originally shielded by the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, the lab is now owned by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong.
Its mysterious growth and high-level connections make it a central node in Webb’s investigation.
ImmunityBio
Cancer vaccine company owned by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, with board members including John Brennan and Wesley Clark.
Develops immunotherapies and vaccines, including for COVID-19 and various cancers.
Webb suggests it may be a public-private front for experimental immunomodulation.
Its access to sensitive tissue data raises ethical concerns about medical experimentation and consent.
In-Q-Tel
The CIA’s official venture capital arm, investing in high-tech startups, including biotech and genomics companies.
Webb describes it as one of the engines behind experimental cancer vaccine investments.
Often criticized for funding dual-use technologies with both civilian and intelligence applications.
Seen as a modern continuation of intelligence-funded bio-agent research.
DARPA
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, a Pentagon R&D arm funding futuristic military and biomedical innovations.
Has funded mRNA, genetic modification, and immunotherapy tools later applied in civilian medicine.
Works in tandem with In-Q-Tel to push boundaries of applied biotech for defense.
According to Webb, DARPA’s interest in cancer and telomeres may include battlefield or population-level applications.
Pfizer
Pharmaceutical company implicated by McKernan’s findings of SV40 promoters in COVID-19 vaccines.
Also connected through internal channels to the Windber Research Institute via cancer tissue submissions.
Webb sees Pfizer as part of a global “Perfect Cancer Storm” connecting cancer moonshot data, telomeres, and vaccine platforms.
Its executives allegedly overlap with historical actors in CIA-linked biomedical initiatives.
Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine
A nonprofit organization supporting military medical research and previously responsible for overseeing Windber’s cancer lab.
Allegedly protected the lab from scrutiny prior to its acquisition by Dr. Soon-Shiong.
Connected to Pentagon-backed medical initiatives and biowarfare readiness programs.
Webb sees it as a shielded facilitator of covert cancer research.
The CIA has a long history of trying to repurpose Cold War tools in the healthcare industry. We featured a missile defense program being adapted to a breast cancer AI program to identify malignant cells called “Missiles To Mammography”.
Now, CIA insiders John Brennan and the Atlantic Council’s Wesley Clark have made a market in “cancer vaccines”, creating questions of moral hazard for CIA cancer experiments at a private cancer lab in a place called Windber Research Institute in Windber, PA.
Another area of CIA experimental investment is in the area of longevity and also low-intensity warfare with something called “telomere shortening”. Shockingly, the most common denominator shared by the victims who succumbed to CoronaVirus were people with something called “short telomeres”, and the CIA has been experimenting for over sixty years with cancer and telomeres.
So there appeared to be a smoking gun here to CIA experimentation, and the main victims of COVID did indeed have short telomeres. A telomere shortening program by intelligences agencies would be an important find.
We have looked into a variety of ways that the CIA has involved itself in ratlines, including moving into bioagents after World War Two. Cancer vaccines seem to be the latest investment sport of the CIA’s two venture capital funds, In-Q-Tel and DARPA.
https://rumble.com/v2y5kzk-topic-of-cancer.html
Peter Duke and George Webb have done several podcasts on the CIA’s investment in cancer and cancer vaccines.
One way of doing low-intensity warfare is to cut everyone’s “lifeline”, the victims’ telomeres, short. Then when a CoronaVirus comes along, hundreds of thousands with those shortened telomeres die, employing an enzyme called telomerase.
For simplicity, we will only consider one cancer, breast cancer, but it affects one in three women at some point in their lives.
Just to take the breast cancer example, there is a rapid influx of breast cancers since the CoronaVirus pandemic (or plandemic) and mass vaccination.
I have spent the last two months looking into four Mossad-connected Billionaires and one South African Billionaire running a private breast care clinic in remote Pennsylvania in a small town of 4,200 named Windber.
Journalist George Webb found four Mossad-connected Billionaires and an ex-Mossad General involved with the Windber Breast Cancer Lab.
Even though Windber is not private, it leverages the human tissues of the patriots who have served our country from our VA hospitals, and all their patient records and radiography. Another Foundation - the Henry M. Jackson Foundation For Advance Military Medicine protected the private cancer lab from scrutiny before it was purchased by the owner of the LA Laker and the Los Angeles Times, Dr. Soon Shiong.
John Brennan of the CIA, and Wesley Clark of NATO’s Atlantic Council are on the Board of Dr. Soon Shiong’s cancer vaccine company, ImmunityBio.
When Kevin McKernan recently released an article saying SV 40 promoters were found in the Pfizer vaccine, it reignited old charges that the CIA had promoted cancer occurrence with the polio vaccine in the 1950s and 1960s, a charge made by author Ed Haslem in his book, Dr. Mary’s Monkey.
I visited Ed Haslem in Florida in December of 2019, with talk of a coming pandemic in China, and he described to me the shocking graph in his book that indeed, the inclusion of SV 40 virus cells in the production of the polio vaccine had caused millions of cases of soft tissue cancer in the following decades.
I had followed up on the story for Coronavirus to see if SV 40 would be present again in the vaccination, and I found that the second in command at Pfizer (and also the second in command at Pfizer on James O’Keefe’s Perfect Pfizer Org Chart), was dumping all the public Cancer Moonshot cancer tissues into the Windber Cancer Lab as well.
James O'Keefe's Pfizer Org Chart Unlocks History - If Only He Would Do A Deep Dive On It
James O’Keefe, then the CEO of Project Veritas, presented these Pfizer individuals in an organizational chart that garnered fifty million social media views according to O’Keefe. James O’Keefe rocked the world with a fifty million-view video of a Pizer contractor, Jordon Walker, and a Pfizer org chart that went straight to the CEO of Pfizer with only two…
That seemed like too much of a Perfect Cancer Storm in Windber, not just a Perfect Pfizer Org Chart. To add to the intrigue, none other than Robert Malone put the two labs in for the Windber Cancer Lab in 2000 and 2001 in a curriculum vitae filed here in Orlando, Florida in Federal Court.
I am currently suing Robert Malone here in Orlando in Federal Court for these records and for representations he made to US soldiers about not participating in mass Anthrax vaccination programs for US Soldiers.
I am at the limit of my email for Substack here, but check back for continuing developments on this story. We are going to see this story through to the end.
Notes
Notes from our Telomere and Cancer Researcher
One of the set of genes that is modulated in the “newly discovered” 99 genes are defensin which are the body’s first defense against Anthrax
Few people realize that 30,000 people required chemotherapy from the 9/11 anthrax attacks according to some sources.
We have done more that just annotate McKernan’s “newly discovered” genes We have identified the significance of the gense and the leading experts
Stephen Kaufman is a Defensin expert.
Thanks for all your great work on this, George. The fact that the CIA, and CIA John Brennan and NATO's Wesley Clark, is involved in this SV 40 cancer promoter research at the Windber PA lab where they are collecting-it-all is beyond sinister, and nothing good will come of it.
