In the deal, Paramount heir Sheri Redstone will get an exclusive payout and protection of Paramount shares in a buyout from CIA proxy David Ellison, son of Oracle Billionaire Larry Ellison.

Anyway, you slice the deal being done right now in Ketchum, Idaho, where I am literally looking at their corporate jets at the nearby Hailey Airport; this CIA buyout cashed out investments the CIA has made with the Chicago Outfit going all the way back to Cuba casinos and Cuba drug running.

Sheri Redstone inherited these Chicago Outfit takings at Paramount, so all eyes are on her here in Ketchum, Idaho. I took the liberty of eating at the “Black Swan Event Lodge” before the Paramount Skydance deal was done, and to show everyone where the “Black Swan Event” whispers for investments will happen.

Now, here in Ketchum, Idaho, we are literally seeing the CIA croupier pay off those last Paramount bets in Cuba and Las Vegas - the Paramount gangster legacy buyout.

Charles Bluhdorn took his Cuban casino cleanup and invested in Gulf and Western, which, of course, bought Paramount. And Paramount, under the director of Chicago Outfit fixer Sidney Korshak and his protege Robert Evans, went on to make the Godfather series and gangster movies like “The Untouchables” with stars like Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, and Robert DeNiro.

Bluhdorn even coaxed some of the stolen Nazi gold out of hiding to be melded into the Hollywood Paramount Chicago Outfit Machine with his thick German accent and his Third Reich mannerisms.

Meanwhile, Sidney Korshak made hundreds of millions with Robert Evans at the helm at Paramount. Robert Evans even made a movie about his father’s crew running Cuban Helliwell heroin into Harlem in the blood-soaked production (in real life) of The Cotton Club. Actress Sharon Stone says Producer Robert Evans had three people murdered during the production of Cotton Club, a charge Evans denied.

It was there in Harlem, under the threat of murder, that Sumner Redstone bought Paramount from Korshak, Evans, and the Chicago Outfit. Now, his daughter is here in Ketchum, Idaho, to cash out on Redstone’s investment.

Hemingway called out what was happening with the CIA and Chicago Outfit, almost in real-time, and he paid for it with his life. Robert Evans's father was one of the Harlem insiders with Meyer Lansky’s new state-sponsored heroin trade to the East Coast called the Helilwell Plan, dramatized in the movie Godfather.

The Chicago Outfit, Sidney Korshak, and Meyer Lansky were the winners in Cuba with the Helliwell Plan; they invested the takings in Paramount and moved the assets to Redstone when the murder investigation closed in.

CIA operative Robert Mahue moved the money to Las Vegas casinos for the Chicago Outfit and Sidney Korshak too, but the CIA paid out those bets long ago when Mahue used Howard Hughes's fortune to buy out the Chicago Outfit’s casinos.

The last Cuba Helliwell takings that were pushed into Paramount still need to be paid, and we are seeing a modern-day Mahue in David Ellison cashing out those Paramount assets now in Ketchum.

Hemingway was right about the Chicago Outfit; he was from Chicago. Hemingway was right about the CIA in Cuba. He lived in Havana. And Hemingway was right about billionaires doing deals in Ketchum when the CIA’s Harriman contingent lured him here.

This Paramount Chicago Outfit payout is literally almost being done on the gravestone of Hemingway.
