Dr. Soon Shiong is important because he is so close to two, long-time, CIA insiders, John Brennan and Wesley Clark.

Dr. Soon Shiong strong support from two top CIA insiders has to be considered in the actions of Soon Shiong’s Windber Lab and his Immunity Bio Cancer Vaccine company.

This news follows news that other CIA insiders like Cofer Black are taking up positions in cancer vaccines for brain cancer.

This South African Billionaire who bought Robert Malone’s Windber Research Institute, Dr. Soon Shiong, was a key player in the Cancer Moonshot with Michael Dolsten, the Number Two man on James O’Keefe’s Pfizer org chart. Michael Dolsten, of James O’Keefe Pfizer org chart fame, was dumping all the tissue samples for the Cancer Moonshot, straight into the Windber Lab. I probably would have ignored Dr. Soon Shiong if he hadn’t been so interested in a biological receptor called an H2 receptor.

The H2 receptor has been a target of gene therapy for decades to stimulate the production of T cells to fight cancer and HIV, not CoronaVirus. Histamine H2 receptors on the heart can also cause “died suddenly” scenarios if overstimulated, and H2 receptors are involved in all forms of GI tract cancer including colon, kidney, liver, bladder, and pancreatic cancer.

Robert Malone and Michael Callahan were using the DOMANE program to focus on the H2 receptor at a time when they should have been looking at the CoronaVirus’ ACE2 receptor, and this made no sense at all unless Malone was using the DOMANE money for CoronaVirus to look for cancer genomes for Soon Shiong.

Dolsten’s first Moonshot failed in 2013, but the tissue samples ended up in Windber. Now, another Cancer Moonshot was being announced, and the tissues were going to Windber again. Was this Dr. Soon Shiong picking up two decades of research with all the cancer tissue samples for a Song? From the Yahoo interview, there seemed to be a strong crossover for the whole genome sequencing and mutation analysis from CoronaVirus and T-Cells to Cancer and T-Cells.

Were CoronaVirus and mRNA just stepping stones for more Cancer Moonshot money? Was Windber the key to unlocking our cancer vaccine futures where we all are dependent on a monthly cancer vaccine?

The Richest Doctor In The World Bought A Remote Pennsylvania Advanced Military Medicine Institute After Twenty Years Of Public Investment In Accumulating Cancer Tissues.

Dr. Soon Shiong is the richest doctor in the world, and as the owner of the Los Angeles Times, was able to establish some early narratives about COVID-19 like SARS-COV-2 being “1,000 times more infectious” than SARS in a YouTube video that was seen 2.5 million times in the early days of the pandemic.

Dr. Soon Shiong’s early March 2020 video about CoronaVirus helped establish the narrative that SARS-COV-2 was 1,000 times more infective than the SARS of 2003, and supercomputers would help solve the crisis.

Dr. Soon Shiong also was an early propagator of the “deadliness” of the CoronaVirus with even mild cases having a pathway to death. Dr. Soon Shiong shares a talent with Robert Malone in this “mass formation psychosis” capability at around the same time as the Biogen “superspreader” conference. Dr. Soon Shiong also seemed to have access to Dr. Michael Callahan’s “44,000” cases from China in order to be the first definitive source in the US will that size of sample data.

Dr. Soon Shiong also talks about “flattening the curve” extensively in the March 2020 video, and well-worn trope made famous by Dr. Deborah Birx at the White House Briefings.

Dr. Soon Shiong compares SARS-COV-2’s ability to deplete Natural Killer (NK) and T-Cells with cancer, and he recommends his immune boosting therapies that bolster NK and T-Cell counts for COVID-19 as exactly the same strategy for fighting cancer.

After watching Dr. Soon Shiong’s March 2020 presentation, I very much come away with the feeling his message is this COVID emergency will help solve cancer as well in the long term. I also very much came away with the feeling that Dr. Soon Shiong was presenting Michael Callahan’s early CoronaVirus data from Wuhan. This “inside track” to large numbers of cases went a long way to establish the early voice of Dr. Soon Shiong as the go-to expert voice for CoronaVirus.

With the backing of the “New York Times” of the West Coast, the Los Angeles Times, Dr. Soon Shiong had an in-built force multiplier for his messages of lockdowns, social distance, vaccines, climate change, and investment in supercomputing to solve the CoronaVirus crisis.

I also found this Billionaire doctor also shared a fascination with the antacid Famotidine and the H2 Histamine receptor, an identical fascination that Robert Malone and Michael Callahan shared in the early days of COVID and the DOMANE Program. I must admit, I haven’t figured out the peculiar “common interest” or profit motive, unless the intent is to slightly improve anti-histamine drugs under a new label, and charge a much higher price. There are pancreatic cancer protocols that Dr. Soon Shiong has worked on using the H2 receptor, and perhaps there is some overlap with CoronaVirus.

Unbelievably, Robert Malone and DARPA’s Michael Callahan both came up with the idea of using Famotidine during the outbreak of the COVID crisis which targets the H2 receptor, not COVID’s ACE2 receptor. The only other doctor recommending the targeting of the H2 receptor that I knew of what Dr. Soon Shiong, the current owner of Robert Malone’s 9/11 Windber Lab. The metadata screamed that Malone was protecting the patent claim of “prior art” for Dr. Soon Shiong for some other vaccine for something other than COVID.

After two decades of DoD funding the Windber Lab at the Henry Jackson Foundation for Advanced Military Medicine, Dr. Soon Shiong buying the lab in 2018 and was turning the lab into an mRNA cancer lab for private profit.

Breast cancer is not normally the first focus of Advanced Military Medicine given most warfighters on the front line are young and male, and breast cancer is primarily of disease of women over 55.

This small hospital in the former coal mining town of Windber had been named the leading tissue supplier for the Cancer Genome Atlas Project, a megaproject on five continents.

So when I saw this huge investment of public funds and the DoD being inherited by a South African Billionaire of Chinese descent, it gave me pause to look into the Windber Research Institute closer. And I started receiving odd emails about Dr. Soon Shiong as well from first-hand witnesses.

I received an email from someone who worked closely with Dr. Soon Shiong, who warned me that Soon Shiong was “CIA”. I had recently been to South Africa to visit Dr. Soon Shiong’s One Billion Vaccine factory near Cape Town. I have stated in the past that Dr. Soon Shiong is a kinder, gentler, multi-racial version of Craig Venter of the Human Genome Project and The Cancer Genome Atlas Project, allowing insiders to patent genes and key proteins involved in cancer pathways before the rest of the research community has access.

I have followed the various interests of Dr. Soon Shiong’s various holdings around the world including Culver City, California, and Cape Town, South Africa, and Soon Shiong’s One Billion Vaccine Cancer mRNA vaccine factory.

Dr. Soon Shiong became the richest doctor in the world with a breast cancer chemotherapy drug called Abraxane in 2005 after being a general practice doctor in South Africa with a slight modification of a generic drug. I have said that it appears Dr. Robert Malone’s DOMANE program looks like it was also employed to make small changes to existing known natural remedies for the purposes of new, novel patents.

Charges of using Veteran’s Administration patients for clinical trials and offshoring clinical trials to more favorable trial administrators have been leveled at Dr. Soon Shiong.

Most of Dr. Soon Shiong’s wealth has been accumulated through the original companies that developed Abraxane being acquired and reacquired. For instance, Celgene tripled in value after Dr. Soon Shiong became the biggest shareholder through acquisitions.

This leaves Dr. Soon Shiong's position of owning a DoD and publicly funded breast care lab in the middle of the Allegheny Mountains with exclusive access to decades of mammograms and breast tumor tissues as a conflict of interest.

Normally, the Department of Defense puts a low priority on cancer research given the fact cancer mostly affects people over 50 with an increasing frequency with age. There appears to be a ready source of soldiers here as a source of tissues, DNA, blood, and antibodies here sequestered away in the mountains of Pennsylvania for the exclusive use of Dr. Soon Shiong.

Even more interesting, these connections with Dr. Shriver go back to before the fateful crash of Flight 93 near the Winber Lab on September 11th, 2001. The Windber Lab became strategic in sequencing and translating the genomic codes into proteins for the investigation of Bruce Ivins during the Anthrax bombing scares following 9/11.

It is odd the Windber Lab would be so focused on breast cancer in 2000 when Shriver took over the lab when war plans were being made by Donald Rumsfeld for the second invasion of Iraq where an effective anthrax vaccine countermeasure had yet to be developed. Undergraduates were brought from Africa to work with troop vaccination technology to then be sent to Poland for NATO troop vaccination programs.

I have covered this phenomenon of a “private DARPA” where the US taxpayer furnishes the funding, and the Department of Defense furnishes all the soldiers and former soldiers for the clinical trials and disease tissues, and then the intellectual property is diverted at the end of decades of public expenditure for private profit. This “private DARPA” phenomenon seems to be alive and well during the most critical time in history the outbreak of COVID with DARPA DOMANE researching the H2 receptor, a favorite drug target of Dr. Soon Shiong rather than the ACE-2 receptor of CoronaVirus.
